Universal
The CADseek algorithm works purely from geometry, but it's NOT a learning algorithm, i.e., it doesn't have to study thousands of steering wheels to learn what a steering wheel is. If fact CADseek doesn't have any idea what a steering wheel is. If the user starts with one steering wheel, found perhaps with a meta-data search, they will find all geometrically similar items, which will be steering wheels.
This benefit means that CADseek can encode data from ANY industry without any need for customization. We have successfully encoded CAD in the following industries, with some names provided in the rare instance we have permission to mention them.
-
Aerospace at companies like Embraer, Parker and other leading aircraft manufacturers
-
Leading agricultural companies like John Deere and AGCO
-
Heavy truck manufacturers like Peterbilt, Kenworth and Hino
-

Formats
CADseek can encode a wide variety of 3D formats, including:
-
Native files of leading CAD providers including Dassault, PTC, Siemens and Autodesk. We are a partner with Spatial Corp. (a Dassault company) which allows us to stay current with CAD format upgrades.
-
Nuetral and other formats such as STL, STP and IGES
